AI models are good at proposing geometry and bad at getting every dimension right. The KYAMOS agent lets several AI designers compete, then OpenCASCADE, the software engine that builds and measures engineering shapes, checks each proposal against your dimensions. The result is editable computer-aided design (CAD), with a STEP file for exchanging the geometry with other design tools.

Type or speak it: “a 120 × 80 × 12 mm mounting plate with four 8 mm corner holes and a 30 mm central bore”.
CAD-specialist models (C3D, CAD-Coder) and a general planner each propose the part independently, running in parallel on our own GPUs.
A version-locked OpenCASCADE kernel builds each proposal and measures its real size, volume and validity. AI text is never trusted on its own.
The proposal that matches your specification wins. A near miss is repaired and re-checked; if nothing qualifies, the agent refuses instead of guessing.
Get the STEP geometry file, then describe the loads — “clamp the left face, push the top down with 3 kN” — and see the calculated stress and model-based safety margin.
Once the part exists, describe how it is held and loaded. The agent turns the sentence into a checked simulation setup, meshes the real shape, solves it and paints the stress on the part — with a factor of safety in plain words.
It is honest about uncertainty: here the mesh was still being refined when the interactive time budget ran out, so the verdict reads “safe – uncertain” rather than a confident “safe”.

All AI models and the CAD kernel run on KYAMOS GPU servers. Your designs are not sent to third-party AI services.
You see what every designer proposed, what the kernel measured, and why one was chosen or rejected.
Designs export as STEP files that open in any mainstream CAD package.
The live agent runs on dedicated GPU servers, so access is by arrangement. Tell us what you design and we will set up a session.
For design engineers turning ideas into editable parts. Tell us about your geometry, inputs and the decision you need to make.
Pricing: quoted per project. Scope, computing needs, validation checks and support determine the quote. Contact us to agree access and deliverables before work starts.
Demonstrations do not certify a production design.
