Where clients upload documents, images, audio, video, scripts, notes, project material, or instructions, KYAMOS processes that material to provide the requested service. AI-generated outputs may contain errors and should be reviewed by the client before external use, publication, or upload. KYAMOS does not use private uploaded client data, scripts, documents, media files, or project files to train KYAMOS foundational AI models without the client’s explicit consent.
KYAMOS does not request, collect, or store YouTube, Google, Instagram, TikTok, or other third-party platform login credentials. Where OAuth tokens are used, KYAMOS stores them securely and uses them only for the approved integration purpose. KYAMOS does not publish or upload client content publicly unless the user has explicitly requested and approved that action. YouTube uploads default to private unless a different setting is explicitly implemented and approved. Where YouTube API Services are used, KYAMOS’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Where data is processed outside Cyprus or the European Economic Area, KYAMOS uses appropriate safeguards where required by applicable data protection law.
KYAMOS applies technical and organizational measures intended to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, and disclosure. KYAMOS aligns its security practices with recognized information-security control areas, including ISO/IEC 27001 principles where appropriate; this statement does not represent a certification claim.
