THERMAL AGENTEvery fix is solved, not guessed

Tell it how hot it may get.

Say what heats your part, how it is cooled and the temperature it must stay under. The agent solves the heat flow on the real 3D shape, tells you PASS, MARGINAL or FAIL — and if it runs too hot, tries changes by itself (material, cooling, more or taller fins), solving every one, and recommends the smallest change that meets the target within the model assumptions. A passing demonstration is not a safety certification.

Checked against textbook answers

Straight-fin heat sink, still air and fan
Within 0.15 °C of classic fin-array theory
Cooling pin fin
Heat carried within 0.02% of the fin equation
Heat in vs heat out
Balanced exactly on every run

The quick answer estimates cooling from the design and conditions; fan and water cooling use handbook values. After a supported upright heat-sink design finishes, choose “Confirm with real air flow” to request a separate still-air simulation using the lattice-Boltzmann method (a numerical fluid-flow model). The service checks whether the design is suitable before running it. This check typically takes 10–60 minutes and can take longer when shared computing resources are busy.

Limits: steady conditions, heat spread over a named face, and no thermal radiation. The real-air check supports selected upright heat sinks, not every part, fan arrangement, or cooling system. Results need project-specific engineering review before use in a real design.
