Each part is a recipe: give it your dimensions and OpenCASCADE, the software engine that builds and measures engineering shapes, creates the solid using a fixed software version. An independent check then rebuilds it and compares its measured volume and size against frozen expected values — so a part is only called valid when it really is.
CAD means computer-aided design. The viewer offers the solid shape, a FEM mesh (small connected calculation pieces), and a voxel map (a grid of solid or empty cubes). STEP downloads exchange the geometry with other design tools.
Drag to rotate · pick a part below · switch between Solid CAD, FEM mesh and Voxel map · download any part as STEP. The parts are shown with their default dimensions.
The same verified geometry is turned automatically into the input each KYAMOS solver needs — no manual re-drawing, no translation errors between tools.

The solid engineering shape, exported as STEP: a standard file format for exchanging editable geometry between design tools.

Finite-element method (FEM): the shape is divided into small connected pieces to calculate stress and heat. Here the pieces are four-sided tetrahedra.

The shape as a grid of small cubes, marking solid and empty space. HydroTwin uses this map for lattice-Boltzmann calculations: a grid-based method for modelling fluid flow.
The conversions are proven as data pipelines: the mesh and the voxel map are generated and checked for every part. Full flow simulations of these parts are not shown here.
New recipes join the library only after they pass the same independent check.
We add recipes for your product families, then simulate them with the KYAMOS stress, heat and flow solvers.
