Terms for use of the KYAMOS website, portal, demos, Creator Suite, and service information.
Last updated: May 2026.
The KYAMOS website provides information about GPU infrastructure, multiphysics simulation, surrogate AI, funded R&D, Creator Suite, and client services. Client Portal and Creator Suite access is available to approved KYAMOS clients, collaborators, and authorized users. The services are primarily intended for business, research, professional, and organizational use unless KYAMOS separately agrees otherwise.
Website content, public demo outputs, benchmark summaries, technical descriptions, project videos, and illustrative examples are provided for general information, evaluation, and demonstration. Benchmark figures, public demos, and example outputs are not performance guarantees for client workloads. Project-specific commitments require a written KYAMOS agreement, proposal, invoice, statement of work, or other agreed document.
Users must provide accurate registration information, protect login credentials, and avoid unauthorized access, disruption, reverse engineering, rights-infringing uploads, unlawful content, misleading publication, or breach of third-party platform terms. KYAMOS may approve, reject, suspend, or restrict portal access for security, billing, verification, misuse, operational, or legal reasons.
The client is responsible for ensuring that uploaded documents, scripts, images, audio, videos, presentations, logos, music, and other content may lawfully be used for the requested service. AI-generated outputs may contain errors, omissions, inaccurate statements, unsuitable wording, visual artifacts, or platform-specific issues. Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving outputs before external publication, commercial use, submission, or upload.
KYAMOS simulation outputs, surrogate model predictions, benchmark results, AI-assisted engineering outputs, and public demos are numerical approximations. They are not a substitute for physical testing, certified engineering analysis, regulatory approval, professional engineering judgment, or safety-critical validation. Unless separately agreed in writing, KYAMOS services must not be relied upon for safety-critical engineering decisions without independent professional review.
If a user connects a YouTube or other platform account, KYAMOS uses the integration only for the approved workflow. By default, KYAMOS sets authorized YouTube uploads to private where the upload workflow supports this. The client remains responsible for uploaded content, channel/account ownership, platform terms compliance, copyright, music rights, image rights, privacy rights, publication permissions, titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, and metadata. Clients must pay only using KYAMOS bank details shown on an issued invoice or confirmed through known KYAMOS contact channels. KYAMOS does not request bank-detail changes through chat, SMS, or unexpected email messages. Clients should verify any payment-account change request by emailing info@kyamosmultiphysics.com and calling the known KYAMOS company phone number before payment. KYAMOS is not responsible for payments sent to fraudulent or unverified bank accounts outside issued KYAMOS invoice instructions.
KYAMOS software, website content, branding, design, workflows, model integrations, technical materials, demo systems, and documentation remain protected intellectual property unless a separate written agreement states otherwise. Client-provided materials remain subject to the client’s rights and third-party rights. Generated output rights may depend on payment status, client inputs, third-party asset rights, model/provider licenses, platform rules, and any written KYAMOS agreement.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold KYAMOS harmless against claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and legal fees arising from client-uploaded content, publication or use of AI-generated outputs, infringement of third-party rights, breach of third-party platform terms, breach of these Terms, or unauthorized use of another person’s or organization’s content, image, voice, brand, data, or account.
PUBLIC WEBSITE CONTENT, PUBLIC DEMOS, AI-GENERATED OUTPUTS, BENCHMARK SUMMARIES, AND NON-CONTRACTUAL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, KYAMOS DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, AND ERROR-FREE OPERATION, EXCEPT WHERE A SEPARATE WRITTEN AGREEMENT STATES OTHERWISE. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KYAMOS’s total aggregate liability for a paid service shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to liability, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nicosia, Cyprus, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise. Mandatory consumer protections under applicable law remain unaffected where they apply.
